The Relief Of Realization (Or) When Reality Sets In I Realize I Have Been Missing The Point God Had All Along

Being a (slightly) passionate person I go through stages of wanting to right wrongs and show everyone what is right. Always soon after a surge of this "righteousness" I come down and realize what a thick-headed sheep I really am. Each time it turns out the same way. The answer spirals to the same thing: Jesus. He is the way the truth and the life. The ONLY way. Love isn't the way. Tolerance isn't the way. Non-violence isn't the way. Acceptance isn't the way. Humbleness isn't the way, nor is strife. Only Jesus. Today God showed me a little more how to not freak out and instead lay things down. It was great. And it just keeps getting better the more I wallow in it.

No matter how hard I argue or try to find a way around the complexities and mis-understandings of life, it always is just one simple answer: Jesus.
